Destiny 2 Project: Season of Banners - Vendor Concept

Destiny is one of my favorite games and I've been working on this project for a little over a year now. With the "Seasons" type content releases I came up with a concept based around the old Faction Ralleys from year one. This is an idea I had for a possible vendor for that season. For you Destiny lore nuts, what does the name Lysander spark in your imagination?
